Working Together

How I usually plug in.

Every team and product is different, but most projects follow a simple approach.

1

Start where it hurts

It starts with what hurts and what you are trying to achieve. You walk me through the product, site, or tool, and I talk with a few users or people close to the work so I can map the current flows, content, and constraints and we agree on what problem we are really solving.

2

Shape and prototype

Next, I turn that understanding into clear structures and directions. That might look like user flows, interface designs, system diagrams, or vibe-coded prototypes, always at the right level of fidelity so we can react to something concrete and make decisions together.

3

Build, instrument, refine

Once we like a direction, I stay involved through the first versions. I work with your team to get it built, add enough measurement and feedback to learn from it, and then refine based on how real people actually use it, going beyond just the day it goes live.

Let's start simple…

I read every message myself and will reply when I see a possible fit.
